Born To Run

Two custom 5'6" Fish for the 2013 Born To Run Ultramarathons in Los Olivos, CA.  These two are for the winners of the 100 mile race.  The deck inlay is an image by Luis Escobar, and is adapted from the cover of Christopher McDougall's best selling book "Born to Run".  The fins were made from wood collected on the race course.  Polyurethane/Epoxy construction.

Tetons

6'7" x 22 7/8" x 2 3/8"single-fin for Amber and Ben.  EPS/Epoxy with custom agave wood/fiberglass fin.

9'6" x 23" x 3". Polyurethane foam (US Blanks) glassed using Epoxy resin. Fin by True Ames.

6'0" x 19 1/2" x 2 5/8" for Mark. Polyurethane (US Blanks), glassed using epoxy resin. Fins by LokBox.

Orange 9'2"

9'2" single fin. Colored polyurethane foam (US Blanks) glassed using epoxy resin. Fin by True Ames.

6'0" For Jamie and Megan

6'0" x 18 3/4" x 2 1/2" polyurethane/epoxy for Jamie and Megan. Congratulations!
