Ice 9

Another recent addition to the foam market is Orange County's Ice 9 Foam Works. Shown here is an 8'0" shaped from their plant-based "Cane" polyurethane and glassed with epoxy resin. My experience so far with this foam has been very positive. The combination of "cane" foam with epoxy results in a lightweight board with significant strength increases as compared to some of the other polyurethane formulas.
